This is the first year I've been successful at growing onions. I'm going to plant more onions next year.
We also picked almost a full 5 gallon bucket full of tomatoes and peppers. You know what that means? It's Salsa time.
Deni made up a batch of salsa today. 11 quarts, not a big batch, but will do for our first harvest from our garden.
