I woke up this morning with a sore throat and feeling like I had a fever. Great timing. A week before the Salem Triathlon and I get sick. Typical for me, I guess.
I stayed home from church and didn't do to much. Since it is fast Sunday, I decided to actually continue to fast today until Deni and the kids came home. Fasting is hard enough, especially when you are sick and in a house full of food.
After dinner, I had my home teacher come over and give me a blessing. I should be good by race day.
